• Agenda 1: Appointment of External Academic and Administrative Audit)
• Discussion: The External AAA has been appointed by the institution where the members are
• a. Prof. Ram Reddy, Dept. of Political Science, OU.
• b. Prof. I. B Ram Prasad Retd. Prof. Dept. of Mathematics, OU.
• c. Prof. Madhavi , Principal, Aurora P.G College Ramanthapur.
• Agenda 2: Internal Audit by IQAC
• Discussion: Internal Audit of all departments has been done by IQAC in the month of June ’19 and the report has been submitted and recorded.
• Agenda 3: Add-on/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Bridge Program Programs
• Discussion: Add-on program on ‘Embedded Systems’ was done by the Dept. of Electronics, Add-on program on Digital Media/Adobe Photoshop’ was done through NSIC for students of all disciplines between 12 and 26th March ’19.A Bridge Program was organized for first year students of Commerce from non-commerce background on basic inputs the program in the month of July.
• Agenda 4: Professional Development Programs Organized
• Discussion: A training program on ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ was organized by IQAC on 13th July ’19, as part of quality initiative for the faculty.
• Agenda 5: Orientation Programs/ Conferences Attended
• Discussion: Orientation Programs were attended by faculty of various departments vis-à-vis English, Commerce and Statistics Departments on revised CBCS scheme, Orientation on Projects &Internships, Annual Departmental Conference.
• Agenda 6: MOOCS/ Swayam initiatives
• Discussion: It wasdecided that an orientation on Massive open online catalogue is to be organized for faculty with a view to prepare a platform on usage and development of modules.
• Agenda 7: Capability Enhancement Programs
• Discussion: It was decided that placement training for final year students shall be done extending training for various competitive exams and also for other industries like banking andgovernment jobs. This is being done in addition to the inputs being given by the college faculty.

Future plan of action:

• External audit by AAA is to be conducted in the month of November 2019.
• Alumni funding is to be streamlined for involving alumni in the college building process.
• Parent Teacher Association is to be formed soon for improving stakeholder relationship.
